“The coffee producing area is divided into the Andes, the coastal area, the upper and lower parts of the mountains, and the Amazon area. The geological strata are also divided into the Paleozoic and Cenozoic eras, giving you a sense of the great history of the Earth. How did each coffee come to be?
Once I started thinking about it, I couldn't stop getting excited. It's full of romance. That's why I want to discover even more value that we haven't realized yet. Bernard's coffee does not create flavor using the latest trendy process. I get the feeling from every cup of coffee that they are trying to make pure, beautiful, true coffee. In particular, Geisha and Tipica Mejorado are my favorites. The sparkling acidity is super clean and has a firm sweetness. The aftertaste is long and fades away beautifully. It's a little different from fancy coffee, but I think it's irresistible for coffee lovers. I'm sure Bernard's geisha will become the representative geisha of Ecuador, and from now on there may be so much competition that even if we try to buy it, we won't be able to buy it.”
